What the client came with: The client asked to improve the visibility of their online watch store in Ukraine.
Solution:
To fulfill the tasks set, we conducted SEO optimization of the site.
Goals:

✅ Increase positions in search results for key queries related to wristwatches and accessories.
✅ Increase the number of conversions and targeted orders through organic traffic.
✅ Expand the brand’s presence in the Ukrainian market.
Tasks:
✅ Conduct a complete initial SEO optimization.
✅ Conduct a technical website audit and perform the necessary work with the programmer.
✅ Conduct a complete check of the content on the website and build an optimization strategy.
✅ Optimize metadata.
✅ Increase the website visibility.
✅ Build a strategy for link building.
✅ Update the semantic core.
✅ Conduct an audit of the competitive environment and implement a site development plan based on the data received.
Implementation:
✅ Conducted a website audit to correct errors and shortcomings that worsened the client’s interaction with the resource (in particular, eliminated incorrect redirects and problems with indexing and page loading speed).
✅ Analyzed the content on the website and proposed solutions for its optimization.
✅ We assembled a new semantic core for the site and agreed with the customer.
✅ Agreed on keywords for growing in the TOP of Google results.
✅ We studied the niche and prepared a promotion plan to distinguish the Best Time store from competitors qualitatively.
✅ We placed SEO articles with high-quality links on the store pages and external resources (on other sites, blogs, etc.).
✅ We increased the link mass.
✅ We optimized the metadata.

Results:
During our work with the client, we significantly increased traffic and website visibility, which allowed the customer to compete with other large stores in this niche. The graphs clearly show the results.
The implementation of an individually developed promotion plan helped:
✅ Increase the number of users on the website.

Conclusions:
Watch stores are a highly competitive segment, and to achieve results, it is necessary to optimize a large number of product positions. The client’s main problem was that the website did not appear on the first pages of search engines for queries important to the business.
We focused on optimizing content and keywords to increase visibility in search engines. We also found that the website did not receive enough organic traffic, which did not give the desired level of sales. The reason was weak optimization for the Ukrainian market and local queries, which we quickly corrected. Additionally, we eliminated technical errors, such as incorrect redirects, indexing problems, and page loading speed optimization.
The work carried out showed great potential for improving the Best Time store’s position in the competitive segment, and we are ready to continue cooperating to further improve the results.
