Phase 1
Website Promotion Process
At the beginning, the site had stable traffic (10,000 sessions), but the potential of a 14-year-old domain was underutilized. The main issue was duplicate versions of the primary landing page “Internet connection”, which competed with each other and diluted authority.
Despite a large structure, there was no focus on low-frequency (LF) queries. Our process therefore combined technical “healing” with structural scaling to capture Kyiv’s micro-local traffic.
On-page Optimization
1. Technical Monitoring & Stability
- Comprehensive technical audit: Detecting errors (4xx, 5xx), broken links, and duplicate issues.
- Indexing management: Updating Sitemap.xml, controlling robots.txt, and monitoring crawl efficiency via Google Search Console.
- Core Web Vitals optimization: Continuous PageSpeed monitoring and technical tasks for developers.
- Structured data implementation: Enhancing SERP snippets.
2. Semantics & Geographic Expansion
- Geo-targeting (Kyiv): Collecting and implementing semantics by districts and streets.
- LF query coverage: Processing the full pool of low-frequency queries with fast growth potential.
- Traffic forecasting: Based on semantic core and competition analysis.
- Expansion strategy: Scaling the Russian-language version.
3. Content Strategy & Structure
- Metadata templates and manual optimization of unique Title, Description, and H1–H3 for new geo pages.
- Content briefs for landing pages and blog with LSI and keyword density.
- Internal linking plan for priority directions.
4. Management & Control
- SEO supervision of development and QA of implemented changes.
- Monthly growth analysis for rankings and traffic.
Phase 2
Structure Scaling & Strategic продвиження
1. Strategic Expansion & Local SEO
- Demand analysis → new service clusters:
Gigabit internet, GPON (power-independent internet), Fiber, Cable, Wireless. - Hyper-local semantics clustering by districts and streets with traffic estimation.
- hreflang setup for UA/RU to prevent duplication.
2. Data-Driven Content & Technical Optimization
- Architecture optimization (Merge & Redirect): Analysis of duplicate “Connection” pages. Consolidation of content on the priority page and implementation of a 301 redirect from the weaker page to concentrate link equity and eliminate duplication.
- Scaling through automation: Implementation of algorithms for automatic generation of meta tags and text for a large number of pages targeting low-frequency queries (districts/streets), which enabled rapid visibility growth.
- On-page updates: Regular adaptation of previously optimized pages to new SERP conditions and changes in user behavior factors.
3. Technical Maintenance
- Monthly 4xx/5xx monitoring, Core Web Vitals, server response time.
- Toxic backlink analysis & disavow.
- Affiliate detection & hidden link control.
Off-page Optimization & Link Building
Since the domain has over 14 years of history, the main focus was on the safety of the backlink profile and the gradual growth of authority without the risk of penalties.
1. Audit and “cleanup” of the backlink profile
- Backlink Health Check: An in-depth analysis of the existing backlink mass accumulated over the entire lifetime of the domain. Evaluation for spam, toxicity, and compliance with current Google algorithms.
- Disavow Tool: Identification and rejection of poor historical links and low-quality domains that could negatively impact the site’s authority.
- Competitor analysis: A detailed review of the link equity of niche leaders in Kyiv, identifying their traffic sources and link-building strategies.
2. Strategic planning (Link Strategy)
- 6-month plan: Development of a step-by-step schedule for increasing the backlink mass with clearly defined priority areas (Kyiv districts and key services).
- Growth forecasting: Estimation of the required number of backlinks to reach the TOP for high-, mid-, and low-frequency queries.
3. Implementation and dynamics
Execution of a strategy based on a combination of article outreach and social proof:
- Article outreach: Monthly placement of 6 high-quality SEO articles on authoritative niche and regional platforms.
- Crowd marketing: Acquisition of 30 crowd links per month (forums, discussions, reviews) to diversify the anchor list and create a natural backlink profile.
- Performance: This approach delivered noticeable growth in website visibility and stronger rankings for priority geo-dependent queries within two quarters.
Results & Impact on Visibility
Thanks to the implementation of the two-quarter promotion strategy, we achieved steady growth in key performance indicators. We recorded a significant qualitative leap in the SERPs: a large number of target queries moved from the visibility zone (TOP 10) directly into the TOP 3, which resulted in a multiple increase in website clicks.
Systematic work with semantics and the technical condition of the site allowed us to almost double the volume of organic traffic:
At the start of the project: 3,500–4,000 users per week
Current performance: 5,000–6,000 users per week

Conclusion
The success of the Nashnet project was the result of a shift from simple “error fixing” to strategic scaling through automation. The key growth driver was working with Kyiv’s micro-local demand. Instead of competing only for broad queries, we captured streets and districts where competition is lower and the user’s intent to connect is at its highest.
Architecture optimization played a major role. Consolidating duplicate pages and setting up the correct redirect logic allowed us to concentrate the link equity accumulated by the domain over 14 years on priority направления. We didn’t just add content – we built a system in which automated meta tags and descriptions for low-frequency queries enable the website to grow without inflating the copywriting budget.
For further stable growth, we plan to develop the power-independent internet (GPON) direction and continue expanding into new residential areas. The project has strong potential to convert organic traffic into real subscribers thanks to high brand trust and a technically advanced website.
