Core Features of Our Service
Two independent DNS servers

Zones run on two servers at separate sites and in different autonomous systems: one in Europe, one in the United States. Power and connectivity are independent, with round-the-clock availability.

DNS management

We configure A, MX, TXT, CNAME, and DNSSEC records, transferring zones with zero downtime. Engineers handle all updates directly.

Expiry tracking

We maintain a domain registry and process renewals well in advance. No client project has ever lost a domain due to a missed deadline.

Single-team support

Domain, hosting, email, and website remain under one agreement. You do not need to coordinate multiple vendors when issues arise.

Registration Process

1

We check name availability and select the right TLD: .ua for trademark owners, or com.ua and regional zones for other cases.

2

We collect registrant details. The domain is registered under your name: the client remains the legal owner in the registry.

3

We register the domain and assign name servers. Simultaneously, we configure the DNS zone so the website and email function immediately.

4

We transfer access credentials, add the domain to our tracking system, and process future renewals automatically.

Domain Services We Provide

We register new domains in Ukrainian and international TLDs. We process renewals ahead of time to prevent site and email downtime. We transfer domains from other registrars using transfer codes without service disruption. We manage DNS records, including hosting, email, verification records, and DNSSEC. We assist with ownership transfers and prepare documentation for second-level domains. We also advise on domain releases, consolidations, or redemption after expiry.

Frequently asked questions

Which domains can be registered in the .UA zone?

Third-level public domains such as com.ua, org.ua, in.ua, net.ua, and regional zones like kyiv.ua or lviv.ua are available without restriction. Direct second-level .ua domains require a registered trademark matching the exact domain name.

Who can register a second-level .ua domain?

Owners of a valid trademark certificate where the domain name matches the verbal trademark mark. Registration requires copies of the trademark certificate and supporting legal documentation. Without a trademark, third-level domains are available.

What is the registration period for a domain?

Domains can be registered for one to ten years. We recommend registering for at least two years and enabling auto-renewal to avoid reliance on a single expiry date.

How do I transfer a domain from another registrar?

Obtain an authorisation code from your current registrar and unlock the domain for transfer. We then initiate the transfer while DNS records are configured in advance to ensure zero downtime for email and website.

What happens if a domain is not renewed on time?

Upon expiration, the domain stops delegating, causing website and email services to go offline. The owner retains a grace period to redeem it, after which it becomes publicly available for registration.

How does a domain registrar differ from a hosting provider?

A registrar logs the domain in the official registry, managing owner records and name servers. A hosting provider supplies server space for website files and email. These are distinct services, though often provided by a single contractor.
