Registrant personal data processing terms

Version as of 7 November 2026.

These Terms explain how Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Oleksandr Anatoliiovych Liakhovets, operating under the LuxSite trademark (hereinafter we), processes personal data of registrants and contact persons for domain names in .UA, COM.UA, KYIV.UA and KIEV.UA domains. How we process data of website visitors at luxsite.agency (forms, analytics, cookies) is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Controller of personal data

Personal data controller: Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Oleksandr Anatoliiovych Liakhovets, taxpayer ID (RNOKPP) 2900415233, address: 99/1 Peremohy Ave, apt. 1, Kyiv, 03115, Ukraine. For personal data inquiries, write to support@luxsite.agency.

2. What data we process

  • data of the registrant, administrative and technical contacts: full name or full organization name, mailing address, email address, phone number
  • for a domain name directly in the .UA domain: trademark registration number and details, documents confirming rights to it
  • data on domain name transactions, invoices and payments
  • technical data: IP addresses and action logs in the personal account

Passport details and taxpayer ID (RNOKPP) of an individual are not required for domain name registration. We request identity documents only when necessary to confirm that a request comes from the registrant, for example before issuing a transfer code or changing the registrant.

3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing

  • entering into and performing a contract for domain name registration and maintenance (Clause 3 of Part One of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”): registration in the Registry, renewal, transfer, notifications regarding expiration dates
  • compliance with the requirements of the Regulations of Hostmaster LLC and the UA-DRP Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
  • handling abuse complaints and requests from authorized authorities (Clauses 5 and 6 of Part One of Article 11 of the Law)
  • accounting and tax records (Clause 5 of Part One of Article 11 of the Law)

4. Who we share data with

  • Hostmaster LLC as the domain administrator and to the Registry: data necessary for domain name registration and maintenance
  • accredited partner registrar if the operation is performed through that registrar prior to the conclusion of our agreement with Hostmaster LLC
  • World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center and participants in UA-DRP proceedings within such proceedings
  • courts, law enforcement and other state authorities solely on grounds provided by law
  • service providers who store data on our behalf: Google (Google Workspace email) and Contabo GmbH (servers in Germany hosting the personal account)

We do not sell personal data or transfer it for advertising purposes.

5. WHOIS and RDAP

The list of information available through WHOIS and RDAP services is defined by the Registry policy. Contact details of registrants who are individuals are not published in WHOIS unless requested by the registrant. The domain name, registrar, registration and expiration dates, statuses and name servers remain public. Organization data is published to the extent specified by the Registry policy.

We do not use proxy contacts: the Registry lists the actual registrant, not our details. To publish or hide your data in WHOIS and RDAP again, write to support@luxsite.agency from the email address specified in the domain name contact details. Hiding applies only to public lookups: the registrar and the Administrator see the full data, and the registrant must still provide accurate data and keep it up to date. We log every change of this setting.

6. Retention period

We retain data while we service the domain name, and for another 3 years after expiration or transfer to another registrar: this is the limitation period under Article 257 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Accounting documents are retained for periods specified by law. Registry records are retained by Hostmaster LLC according to its own rules.

7. Data protection

Access to data is restricted to employees who need it for domain name maintenance. Connections to the personal account and the Registry are encrypted, and Registry access is permitted only from our servers.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

  • know who processes your data, for what purpose and where
  • obtain access to your data
  • demand correction of inaccurate data
  • object to processing
  • demand deletion of data if processing is unlawful or no longer necessary (without contact data, a domain name cannot remain registered)
  • withdraw consent if processing is based on consent
  • submit a complaint to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court

Send requests to support@luxsite.agency. We respond within 30 calendar days.

9. Disclosure of data to third parties

Registrant data hidden in WHOIS is disclosed by us only upon a court decision, upon request of an authorized state body on grounds provided by law, or within UA-DRP proceedings. We may forward a request from another party, such as a trademark owner, to the registrant without disclosing their data.

10. Changes

We publish the new version of the Terms on this page with the date specified.
