2.4. Domain name rights belong to the Registrant. The Contractor acquires no rights to the Registrant’s domain names.
3. Conclusion of the Agreement
3.1. The Registrant accepts the offer by submitting an Application or paying the Contractor’s invoice, whichever occurs first. From the moment of acceptance, the Agreement is deemed concluded in writing pursuant to Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.

5.1. The Registrant shall:

6.3. Before issuing a transfer code, changing the Registrant, or deleting a domain name, the Contractor has the right to ensure that the request comes from the Registrant and ask to confirm their identity.
7. Price and Payment
7.1. The cost of Services is determined by the price list on the page luxsite.agency/domains/#prices on the invoice date.
7.2. Services are paid in advance in hryvnias to the Contractor’s account. The Contractor pays the single tax, so VAT is not charged.
7.3. The Contractor may change prices. New prices apply to invoices issued after their publication and do not change the cost of already paid Services.
7.4. Funds for an operation already executed in the Registry (registration, renewal, transfer or restoration) are non-refundable, as the Contractor pays the Administrator for it at the time of execution. The Contractor refunds funds for an unexecuted operation within 10 business days after the Registrant’s demand.
7.5. Confirmation of Service delivery is the relevant entry in the Registry accessible via WHOIS. Upon the Registrant’s request, the Contractor draws up a certificate of services rendered.
8. Renewal, Expiration, Deletion and Restoration
8.1. Registration is renewed upon payment for a term of at least one year. The total registration term cannot exceed ten years.
8.2. After the registration term expires, the Registry sets the domain name to autoRenewGracePeriod status for 30 days. During this time, the domain name functions, and the Registrant can pay for renewal at the regular price.
8.3. If the renewal is not paid by the end of this period, the Contractor deletes the domain name from the Registry. After deletion, the domain name remains in redemptionPeriod status for 30 days: it does not function, but the Registrant can restore it at the restore price. Then, for 5 days, the domain name stays in pendingDelete status, after which it is permanently deleted and becomes available for registration by anyone.
8.4. The Registrant can surrender the domain name before the registration term expires by sending an application from the email address specified in their contact details. The cost of the unused term is non-refundable.
9. Transfer and Registrant Change
9.1. To transfer a domain name to the Contractor, the Registrant obtains a transfer code from the current registrar, submits an Application, and pays for the transfer. The current registrar has up to 5 days to approve or deny the transfer. After the transfer, the Registry extends the registration term by one year, provided the total term does not exceed ten years.
9.2. To transfer a domain name from the Contractor to another registrar, the Registrant requests a transfer code in accordance with clause 6.1.
9.3. A change of Registrant is performed upon the application of the current Registrant and the consent of the new Registrant, who provides their contact details. For a domain name in the .UA domain, the new Registrant must meet the requirements of the .UA Policy regarding rights to the Trademark.
9.4. If the Contractor’s agreement with the Administrator terminates, the Contractor assists in transferring Registrants’ domain names to other registrars. Domain names not transferred by the termination date are taken into temporary custody by the Registry under the Procedure for maintaining a domain name not serviced by a registrar. To change the data of such a domain name again, the Registrant transfers it to another registrar from the list of registrars.
10. Domain Name Disputes
10.1. Disputes between the Registrant and third parties regarding rights to a domain name are resolved by a court or an administrative panel under UA-DRP. By accepting the offer, the Registrant agrees to participate in administrative proceedings under UA-DRP.
10.2. The Contractor is not a party to such disputes. The Contractor enforces court decisions and decisions adopted under UA-DRP in accordance with the procedure and timeframes defined by UA-DRP and the Regulations.
10.3. During the proceedings, the domain name may be locked for transfer and Registrant change.
11. Personal Data
11.1. The Contractor processes personal data of the Registrant in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and Registrant Personal Data Processing Terms, in particular transfers to the Administrator and the Registry the data required for registration.
11.2. The Contractor does not use registrant data anonymization (proxy contacts): the Registrant’s actual data is submitted to the Registry. The Registrant may restrict or allow public display of their contact details in WHOIS and RDAP within the Registry policy, as described in the Registrant Personal Data Processing Terms. Such a restriction does not release the Registrant from the obligation to provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
11.3. Once a year the Contractor asks the Registrant to confirm or update their contact details.
12. Liability
12.1. For non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement, the Parties are liable under the legislation of Ukraine.
12.2. The Contractor is not liable for:
- actions or omissions of the Administrator and the Registry
- consequences of the Registrant providing inaccurate data

- content of resources hosted on the domain name
12.3. The Contractor’s aggregate liability is limited to the cost of the Service associated with the violation.
12.4. The Registrant is responsible for the content of resources on their domain name and for violations of third party rights related to the choice and use of the domain name.
12.5. The Administrator and the Registry operator are not liable for the consequences of the use, non-use or unlawful use of domain names by the Registrant, including towards third parties, or for any infringement of third party rights by the Registrant.
13. Force Majeure
13.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance of the Agreement caused by force majeure circumstances, in particular martial law, military operations, prolonged power or communication outages, if these circumstances directly affected performance. The Party affected by them notifies the other Party within 5 days after this becomes possible.
14. Term, Amendments and Termination
14.1. The Agreement is valid from the moment of acceptance until the expiration of the registration term of all domain names of the Registrant serviced by the Contractor, or until their transfer to another registrar.
14.2. The Contractor may amend the terms of the Agreement by publishing a new version on this page no later than 14 days before it comes into effect. If the Registrant disagrees with the new version, they may transfer domain names to another registrar.
14.3. If the agreement between the Contractor and the Administrator terminates, the Contractor facilitates the transfer of the Registrant’s domain names to other registrars in accordance with the Procedure for Maintenance of a Domain Name Not Serviced by a Registrar published by the Administrator.
14.4. The Parties send notices under the Agreement by email: the Registrant to support@luxsite.agency, the Contractor to the Registrant’s email specified in the Application.
14.5. Matters not settled by the Agreement are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes between the Parties are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court according to the legislation of Ukraine.
