Details on SEO and AI-driven promotion for the website Alarcz.cz
Project: https://alarcz.cz/
Niche: Comprehensive business consulting in the Czech Republic: company registration (s.r.o., sole proprietorship), legal support, accounting and investment services.
Region: Prague, Czech Republic (targeting both the CIS segment and the local market).
Platform: WordPress
Domain age: 3 years
Initial website state: 60 users from Organic Search (critically low visibility)
Project goal: Conduct a thorough technical and strategic audit to identify the reasons for the complete drop of keywords from the TOP-100. Stabilize technical metrics, restore the site’s indexation and develop a roadmap for gradually increasing targeted organic traffic.
Project specifics: The project operates in a highly competitive niche with elevated requirements for authority (E-E-A-T). Challenges included outdated visual design and critical UI/UX errors negatively impacting user behavior. The promotion strategy required a delicate balance between adaptation to the Czech-speaking market and maintaining loyalty from Russian/Ukrainian-speaking entrepreneurs in Prague.

Communication process: Strategic partnership and transparency
We built a workflow that maximized alignment between our SEO tasks and the client’s business priorities.
- In-depth briefing and priorities: Started with a detailed review of the client’s business processes. With many services offered, we identified “drivers” (company registration and real estate) expected to generate leads even during the technical recovery phase.
- “Solution-finding” status calls: Regular meetings were held not just for reporting, but for analyzing dynamics: why specific query groups returned to the index and what blocked others. This allowed the client to understand each stage of the site “resuscitation.”
- 24/7 direct communication: A dedicated messaging group ensured instant synchronization. Any WordPress technical issues or client requests for new pages were addressed in real time.
- Consulting support: Due to UI/UX problems, we were constantly in touch, explaining the impact of design on SEO metrics and helping implement fixes that improved conversions without requiring a full redesign.
Stage 1
Website Promotion Kickoff
At the start, the project had critically low visibility (60 sessions) and signs of search engine penalties. A deep audit revealed the site was effectively filtered by Google due to a “spammy” backlink history and low-quality content. The main issue was the lack of service localization: key sections were not translated, and order blocks and SEO texts were missing or incorrect. Our process began with “disinfecting” the site and aligning it with expertise and trust standards.
Internal optimization:
- Crisis audit and recovery
- Deep technical audit: Identify and fix reasons for dropping out of TOP-100 (4xx/5xx codes, critical WordPress errors, broken links).
- Structure cleanup: Remove outdated pages, eliminate duplicates, set up correct 301 redirects to preserve link equity.
- Indexation management: Adjust Sitemap and robots.txt to focus crawlers on high-conversion pages.
- Semantics and language strategy
- Selection of priority clusters: Identify top queries in business registration and real estate niches for quick visibility recovery.
- Multilingual promotion: Targeted keyword groups in three languages (UA, RU, CZ) to make the backlink profile appear natural for the Czech region.
- Low-frequency query clustering: Identify niche queries to generate initial targeted traffic despite high competition.
- Content transformation and E-E-A-T
- Content optimization: Full translation and adaptation of services, order blocks, and descriptions. Fix incorrect translations affecting rankings.
- Trust elements: Integrate Google Reviews, update contact info, add legal details to boost user and Google trust.
- Metadata (data-driven): Manually write unique Titles and Descriptions for priority landing pages based on Prague SERP analysis.
- Management and implementation control
- Technical support: Define tasks for UI/UX fixes and monitor their implementation in WordPress.
- Recovery monitoring: Daily tracking of positions in Search Console to observe site exit from restrictions.
Stage 2
Technical Stabilization and Visibility Optimization
After the first two months, we restored site visibility and achieved TOP-10 positions for some mid-frequency queries. The main goal was to finalize technical aspects to ensure stable growth and improve search performance.
- Technical excellence and multilingual setup
- Finalized multilingual settings: hreflang tags set and monitored, clearly separating Czech, Ukrainian, and Russian versions for search engines and avoiding indexation conflicts.
- Blog launch and optimization: Established a full information section to attract low-frequency traffic and strengthen site expertise (E-E-A-T).
- Microdata implementation: Schema.org for all pages (services, articles, FAQ), improving snippet appearance and CTR.
- Quality metrics (GSC & Speed) management
- GSC error analysis and correction: Fully addressed Google Search Console reports; resolved scanning errors and issues accumulated over years of neglect.
- Speed optimization: Improved Core Web Vitals, server response time, and rendering speed for better mobile ranking.
For the ALAR CZ project, the external SEO component was designed to emphasize “bringing the site out of crisis” through a radical cleanup and the acquisition of regional Czech domains.
External SEO strategy
Focus on “rescuing” the site from crisis via radical cleanup and building authority with regional Czech domains.
- In-depth Profile Analysis and Cleanup
- Backlink Audit: Conducted a comprehensive analysis of external links. Identified a large number of low-quality and spammy domains that were holding the site back from ranking.
- Radical Cleanup (Disavow Tool): Quickly compiled and submitted a list of “toxic” domains to Google’s Disavow Tool. This removed the negative impact of past link history and gave the site a chance for new rankings.
- Czech Market Analysis: Studied the backlink strategies of leading business consulting competitors in Prague to understand the necessary growth dynamics.
- Systematic Authority Building
- Local Link Building: Started systematic acquisition of links from authoritative Czech and Ukrainian platforms. This was critical for bringing the site out of stagnation and confirming its geo-relevance to the Czech Republic.
- Increasing DR (Domain Rating): Focusing on high-quality link sources led to rapid growth in the site’s authority metrics in Ahrefs and Semrush.
- Natural Dilution: Actively used crowd-marketing (forums) and registration in verified directories. This helped build a natural anchor profile and safely increase the link volume.

Results
The ALAR CZ case demonstrates that even a site with “zero” visibility and a poor history can become a market leader through deep technical recovery and trust-building (E-E-A-T). The main challenge was lifting the site from Google filters. Success was achieved via radical backlink profile cleanup with the Disavow Tool and full content adaptation for the Czech market.
Special attention was paid to interaction quality. Implementing trust blocks, microdata, and improved service structure not only returned keywords to the TOP-100 but also achieved TOP-3 positions. The outdated resource was transformed into a modern business tool, with each language version (UA/RU/CZ) serving its audience without causing conflicts for search engines.
The future strategy involves aggressively building authority through local Czech platforms and developing an expert blog. A key step will be a complete site redesign, which the company has already begun. Recognizing the outdated interface and UI/UX shortcomings compared to competitors, updating the visual and functional elements will allow the acquired traffic to be converted into leads much more effectively. Our focus on information relevance and technical stability gives the client confidence in a steady flow of new partners and investors.
