What the client asked: The LORI factory is a Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality solid oak furniture. The price category is designed for the segment of consumers with an Average + income. The client requested to set up end-to-end analytics and associate by-call purchases in messengers and offline stores with traffic channels to the site. The client’s task was also to set up all the processes that would help control traffic channels and increase sales.
Solution: To implement the task, we proposed a strategy for creating engaging, functional, and relevant content that will attract the audience and stimulate maximum interaction with us. PPC resources were connected to set up analytics.
Goals:
✅ Create a page that could tell about the store’s wide assortment.
✅ Increase brand awareness and attract new target subscribers.
✅ Increase organic coverage and interaction with publications in general.
✅ Increase traffic to the site.
Tasks:
✅ Development of SMM strategy.
✅ Creation of content that would reveal the essence of the project.
✅ Launching targeted advertising (the primary goals are to increase brand recognition, reach, traffic to the site, orders on the site, and direct mail requests).

Results:
To effectively stand out among competitors, we focused on the main advantages: natural oak, Ukrainian production, convenience, and the ability to customize furniture. Every day, our team holds consultations with managers to track current customer requests. We transform the received information into creatives that later “fly into” reels recommendations. Here, for example, we conduct crash tests on fabrics and lacquer coating.
Through content on the page, we “speak” to subscribers in their language. The team focused on the customer’s needs, and this is what allowed us to build a friendly atmosphere where the client can always find answers to their questions, explore new products, and purchase updates for their home.
To keep attention on the page, we constantly update the visual grid in Instagram – reducing the number of images on a white background and graphics, adding more live content: photos and videos from studio shoots. This diversifies the content qualitatively and does not bore the reader.

We also decided to highlight the following categories of publications:
- Acquaintance with the assortment.
- Acquaintance with the technologies used in production.
- Store life.
Our goal was to convey information about the furniture that the consumer buys in an accessible, easy-to-understand format.
The tone-of-voice was decided to be official but not too dry — publications aimed at consumers looking for furniture for their house or apartment.
In 2024, our client “grew” and updated their brand book and tone of voice. The new communication style remained official but retained warmth and accessibility.
For social media promotion, we chose targeted advertising as the main tool. For this type of business, social media serves not so much as a sales channel but rather as an important element of branding. It is a means of increasing brand awareness, allowing potential customers to get acquainted with Ukrainian-made products.



The main tasks in advertising were the following:
- Increase engagement in posts.
- Expanding the reach of the target audience.
- Attracting additional traffic to the website.
Facebook/Instagram results for the period January 2020 – September 2023:
We share the results we achieved:
✅ Increased page coverage to over 1.5 million views.

✅ Increased page visits. The figures exceed the 40,000 mark.

✅ More than 19 million people saw advertisements.

Instagram results for the period October 2023 – January 2025:
– more than 500K reach
– more than 1.5M page views
– the number of visitors over the period increased to 67 thousand people
– more than 11 thousand interactions with content
