What the client asked: The company came with a request to popularize its product on the Australian market, increase sales via the Internet, and promote the paid consulting service. 

 

Solution:

A comprehensive promotion was implemented to achieve the set tasks, including using such marketing tools as SMM&Targeting and PPC. In this case, we will look closer at the results of maintaining pages on Facebook and Instagram and conducting complex targeted advertising.

 

Goals:
✅ Creating a page that could convey information about homeopathic remedies offered by the pharmacy.
✅ Increase brand awareness and attract new targeted subscribers.
✅ Increase traffic to the site to make a purchase.
✅ Increase awareness of specific preparations.

Tasks:
✅ Development of an SMM strategy.
✅ Creation of visual and text content that reveals the essence of preparations.
✅ Launch of targeted advertising (the main goal is traffic to the site).
✅ Communication with users (working with negative feedback, prompt response to comments, and direct messages).

Implementation:
✅ Developed and implemented an SMM strategy.
✅ Developed a unified style for filling the profile with content.
✅ Developed and implemented a targeting strategy for launching advertising campaigns to increase reach, brand awareness, and traffic to the site.
✅ Developed the ToV of the brand.
✅ We created a visual concept considering the highlighted promotion goals (brand recognition, detuning from competitors).
✅ Qualitatively improved the overall appearance of the profile thanks to the content.

Results:
After analyzing competitors’ accounts and the target audience to understand what visual would work well in this niche, we created minimalist photographs focusing on user requests.

To create advertising banners, we carefully analyzed the target audience of each preparation and other pharmaceutical campaigns. After analysis, we concluded that advertising must take advantage of the benefits of the brand’s service, namely, free delivery within the region, which became one of the slogans for advertising creatives.

The results of our work are the following:
✅ Increased the reach of the Instagram page by 100% (more than 19,000 views).
✅ Increased Facebook page reach by 100% (more than 100,000 views).

✅  Increased page visits.

✅  Increased the number of likes on pages.

✅  Increased overall coverage and interaction with advertising campaigns.

Conclusions:

Our team enjoyed working on this project because the issue of purchasing medicines and delivering them using an online service is a super exciting niche. In addition to booking and delivery of medications, users of this site also had access to the following services:
24-hour online doctor consultations.
Introductory texts with descriptions of drugs that allow the user to choose one or another medicine based on their needs.
Pre-order of medical supplies.
Extensive product catalog.
