What the client asked: The client came with a request for complete moderation of social networks, because the company doesn’t have enough time to manage them as they did before.
Solution: The client provided most of the materials for filling the page. To start work we needed to develop a visual style for Instagram Stories, as well as select categories to work with them daily.

DR Gaydar is a unique client. We had a lot of material because the client took videos and photos of her work, and provided information (photos and text) about the preparations she works with and about events in her practice. Before-after publications and videos of the procedure are highly popular.
The visual feed was based on the client’s preferences and our professional recommendations. Separately, we worked on the navigation in the profile. New subscribers appear on the page every day and we give them an understanding of where they can ask their questions, how to sign up, how much the services cost, and what preparations the doctor uses.

Also, we would like to note that in this project, we paid special attention to working with Direct messages as the main tool to manage patients’ records. We have worked out an ideal scheme for receiving, consulting, and making appointments with a cosmetologist.

Conclusions:
