Maryna Kot has been a Project Manager at LuxSite since October 2023, but her journey in digital dates back to 2016. She started her career while still a university student, getting the position of an assistant project manager at a marketing company in her graduation year. Since then, she hasn’t stopped – confidently leading teams toward results while maintaining a sharp focus on both processes and people.

At LuxSite, Maryna acts as the conductor of digital projects: turning chaos into structure and ideas into actionable business solutions. She has hands-on experience in digital project management, SEO, contextual advertising and team organization.

Maryna lives in Tbilisi and works remotely, welcoming the world into her home through Couchsurfing – she has hosted travelers from dozens of countries. She loves traveling, dancing, concerts, hiking, snowboarding and board games. One of her dreams is to complete AFF training and skydive like a pro. She also never misses a chance to feed stray cats.

Her superpower? Staying calm even under deadline pressure – and still remembering to have lunch while juggling five tasks at once.
